
Elisabeth Eljuri
Chief Legal Counsel & Chief Negotiator
Elisabeth Eljuri is co-founder, Chief Legal Counsel, and Chief Negotiator for Westlawn Americas Offshore. Elisabeth has over 30 years of experience as an international oil and gas negotiator and transactional lawyer. Prior to co-founding Westlawn Americas Offshore, Elisabeth most recently served as VP, Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Negotiator for Sierra Oil & Gas. Prior to her time at Sierra, Elisabeth served as Senior Partner and Head of Latin America at Norton Rose Fulbright for nearly two decades.
Elisabeth has published extensively in the areas of international arbitration, investment protection, political risk management and oil and gas. She has presented at over one hundred industry conferences around the world. Likewise, she has held numerous senior positions in organizations such as President worldwide of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN).
In addition to her role at Westlawn Americas Offshore, Elisabeth currently serves in advisory and board-level roles at Bastion Life and the Miami International Arbitration Society and is an ad-honorem member of the Court of Arbitration of the ICC in Paris..
She graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela and then attended Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York and Venezuela.
